This role is a key hire that
will support the mission of Rock RMS by supporting our staff and leadership and
organizing administrative and communications processes that help our team
remain efficient and focused in our mission.

You’ll be:
- Supporting executives and the vision in a wide variety of daily tasks.
- Providing key messaging and branding support through internal and external
communications.
- Maintaining an efficient and well-organized office environment.
- Functioning as a key liaison for processes associated with HR, payroll, A/P and A/R,
building management and more.
- Energizing daily tasks with your focus on connecting details to the big picture.
- Strengthening the organization’s leadership as you block and tackle distractions.

- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- A background in administrative or executive support.
